Rising 4

Elevating Airmen. Empowering The Future.

Purpose

Our purpose is to promote, support, and provide for E-1 - E-4 personnel. The organization is dedicated to ensuring Airmen are cared for properly, set up for success, and given opportunities to grow into great leaders contributing to the overall mission. We do this by hosting leadership lessons and discussing the importance of professional development. The Rising 4 recognizes people as the most vital asset in achieving its objective, helping our Airmen succeed.

Our mission is to empower and support E-1 - E-4 personnel by fostering an environment prioritizing Airmen and their development, well-being, and growth. Through leadership lessons, volunteer opportunities, and a focus on cultivating a growth mindset, we strive to equip our Airmen with the skills and confidence needed to become effective leaders and contribute meaningfully to the Air Force mission.

Mission

Our vision is to build a community where all Airmen are valued as vital assets, and fully supported in their journey to leadership and success. We envision a future where all Rising 4 members are prepared to thrive, exemplify excellence, and inspire others within the Air Force and beyond.

  • "No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself, or to get all the credit for doing it."

  • “Success is peace of mind that is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best that you are capable of becoming.”

    - Coach John Wooden

  • "There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure."

    - General Colin Powell

  • "Leaders must be motivators, educators, role models, sounding boards, confessors, and cheerleaders—they must be accessible, and they must aggressively pursue contact with colleagues and subordinates."
